Riding in a crowded bus on a rainy morning to work, I wish I could tell someone, anyone, about my frustration.
It's wet, I'm tired and I can hardly breathe. Can anyone HEAR ME???
How great it will be if I can capture this moment and tell the whole world how I'm feeling right now.
There is the urge to pick up my mobile phone and send a message to someone. "LIFE CAN BE MUCH BETTER
THAN THIS!".
The fire in me drives me to create daisypost.com. I WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I want everyone to be heard,
right here, right now.

I sit down with a friend of mine, going through an idea to capture information, post messages, or talk to the
whole world..."on the fly". What do we have? What do we need? Who will use it? There must be plenty
of such websites out there. I WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, and I have nothing but time and passion to make
this right. I don't know how it will end up, nor how useful it will be, but I can't give up before I even try.
With a piece of letter sized paper and some sketches, we set our path to build daisypost from ground up.
This is where it all begins...

After hours of searching on the internet, we found our USB modem. We took the train down as soon
as we can to look at what will be our first piece to the puzzle. It was nothing but a small, dull, creamy
colored box that stores a SIM card, with a black USB cable.

Believe it or not, the first version of the webpage is up! It wasn't much, just a header and a brief
description about our website. Oh, it has a login box too. Going along with our initial idea of the website to capture memorable
moments of life instantly, we named our website LifeInstant.com.

A new member of my partner's buddy just joined the LifeInstant family!

Our new member remade the website with style sheet. CSS rules, baby! We go through a whole list of
things to get done.
- We need a user homepage after log in.
- We need a view panel for the messages.
- A button to add instance and message.
- Then edit and delete message.
- and the list
goes on, and on, and on...
- and on...

For the past few weeks, activities on LifeInstant has been really slow. Today, my buddy received
a text message from his buddy. He wants out of this project. I start to ponder on what went wrong.
Was it because we lost the fire that first sparked the idea? Or was it because we didn't work hard
enough?
I feel the urge to pick up my laptop and go wild on my keyboard. All of the sudden, I remember
a lot of things, in fact, everything that first started Life Instant. It's time to get down to work.

I show my partner LifeInstant, version2. It looks ok, but we can work on it a little more. My partner
is doing magic with javascript. The instance and message bar is excellent.

It's the first week of August, and it's getting near to my planned day of going online in September. We need to
an actual name for the website. Insisting on using the word life or moment, we came up with a successful search
on onelifemoment. We can live with that for now, although it is onelife too long for an URL.

We laugh over the idea of making the viewing panel in the user home page to look like a message box. We will
use post it images as background for each message. The post it will tilt sideway when it is selected. That sets
off remaking of the user home page and onelifemoment ver.3.

On second, or many thoughts, this website should be more than just another social website. With the infrastructure,
we can integrate different applications to be useful in upgrading lifestyle. We need a new domain name...

Dannypost doesn't connect. I need something to relate to. I can see from the corner of my eyes that someone
just walked into my room. I turn my head and see my good friend sitting down on the floor. She has been here
since I started coding up this website. She is someone I can relate to. Well, daisypost doesn't sound that bad
afterall...

I walk up to my friend. We need to revamp the website. The viewing panel for the user page is too small. There
are too many functions on the site, and we need to reorganize the site for easier navigation.

Skeleton program for Daisypost Ver.4 is up. It took me 2 days of coding, and it looks more functional and user
friendly than previous versions.

Diasypost goes online!
